NOBLE DAN – YOU WANT IT
A New Sound of Strength, Fearlessness and the Fighting Spirit

Some records are made to entertain. Others are created to make a statement.
“YOU WANT IT”, the latest release from independent UK artist Noble Dan, is built around the mentality of a fighter — the discipline, sacrifice, aggression and belief it takes to step into the ring knowing there’s nowhere to hide.
Driven by heavyweight energy, powerful lyricism and a cinematic atmosphere, the record captures something bigger than boxing. It’s about facing fear, overcoming adversity and finding the strength to keep moving forward when everything is on the line.
From an Idea to a Finished Record
What began as a vision to create a powerful boxing anthem developed into a project combining music, storytelling and the mentality of a champion.
Working alongside composer and producer Michall Ellenhart in Denmark, Noble Dan brought the concept to life through the writing and recording process.
With Noble Dan delivering the lyrics, vocals and creative direction, and Michall Ellenhart providing the composition and production, the collaboration developed into a powerful, cinematic boxing anthem.
From the opening speech to the aggressive verses, crowd-driven chants and cinematic ending, every element was designed to build tension, capture emotion and deliver the atmosphere of a major fight night.
The Fighting Spirit of John Armstrong
The release also shines a spotlight on rising North East heavyweight boxer John Armstrong, a fighter building his reputation through power, pressure and an uncompromising approach inside the ring.
Armstrong is preparing for a heavyweight title bout on 24 October 2026, just one day after the single’s release.
His ambitions don’t stop there. With another major bare-knuckle contest planned for late November against an experienced championship opponent, Armstrong is determined to keep testing himself, building his record and making his mark on the fighting scene.
That ambition reflects the message behind “YOU WANT IT”: belief means nothing without the willingness to put everything on the line.
More Than Boxing
For Noble Dan, the song represents the same independent mindset that drives STREETNATURE.
It’s about building something from the ground up, believing in your vision and refusing to be defined by limitations.
Whether you’re stepping into the ring, chasing a dream or fighting through life’s challenges, the message remains the same:
No fear. No retreat. No limits.

“You Want IT”
Intro
VERSE 1
NARRATOR
The only way that they can see you’s
When they know how you perform!
Tryna study your condition,
Blow they head like it’s a bomb.
Think they really get to know
’Til you switch up how you land—
Bob & weave,
Left, right, headshot—
MAN DOWN!
BOXER
Let me give you my advice,
I’ma be precise,
Head be all in pieces
When I crush ’em like a vice.
God they only saviour,
Stretcher to they maker,
My craft be like Houdini
When you see the way I break ya.
NARRATOR
12-round count-ins,
10-ounce… poundings,
Heart of a lion,
So the pressure keep amounting.
Dropped you to your knees,
Now they smell defeat—
BOXER
Tried to call my bluff,
But I attack like Hercules.
And you ain’t never felt this pain
’Til I hit you in your core,
Got you looking out of breath—
You ain’t getting off the floor.
Blud, I had to really show you
How I’m gonna test your jaw—
Now they judging how I hook,
How I slip and how i brawl.

Verse 2
Emmmmmmhh
Now it’s deadly combination
Now he up gainst the ropes
Pressure when you step inside,
confrontation ain’t no joke
1 left, 1 right
Body blows and head shots
Leave em laying on the ground
Thinking, “Why’s the light blocked?”
See the demon in your eyes
Hungers underlined
Pushed you to the limit,
now it’s time for u to ride
An its ah worldwide statement
Master your patience
Years beyond your fears
Will open up to what you
Chasing
Walk with belief
Doubters stay beneath
If it cross your mind

And then they only seem to Question
